Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
• The item must be in its original packaging

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
